Cool pics. Are you going to do a review once you smoke it?
Get some pics of how she burns when you do!

Hey Lou of you go to cigar switch @ Cigar Live http://www.cigarlive.com/forum/f276-cigar-switch.html you can see the non-nub sticks I have done, and smoked along with pictures.

The first Nub Maduro I made I gave to Bigfoot and he smoked it so I don't know how it burned. But the non-Nubs I have switched wrappers on have all burned great with ashes lasting about half as long as cigar or longer. Considering a Nub ash can last the whole cigar as is I don't see why doing what I did would make it worse.

A guy on another thread that has tried this said he moistens them up to get the wrapper off intact. Didn't know if there was a time period to let them rest after this, or if they were good to go. Moist wrapper/tunneling was what I meant.

Didn't know your technique. I'll check out your others, thanks.

Yes you have to get the wrapper wet to take it off. Sam himself is the one that showed me Also smoked one he did right after he did it, so the wrapper was still wet, had no problem with the burn. But the ones I have done I let sit for at least 24 hours. I have a how to thread at that link.

looks like a lot of fun too. nice work, tx_tuff.

How about next time you make a "double Nub maduro" using two Nubs and a longer maduro wrapper
