FML! I can't get mine ordered! Is anybody else getting there cigars from the Party Source? It keeps declining my card saying "CC code doesn't match CC card" and "Address doesn't match zip code" But when i look at my online banking, there are 2 pending transactions to the Party Source! So i'm down $240 and no cigars!!! WTF am i suppose to do???

Most likely their gateway double authorized the transactions. Essentially the shop can not do anything about the transactions that are pending. These will fall off of your bank account in roughly 7-10 business days. There is a chance that they can call their processor to work with your bank to have the authorizations fall off before the 10 days, but they may not be able to do that. They need to call their processor and see if there are approval codes associated to the transactions. If so, they can force one through on their end, and perhaps void the other .... keep in mind, this is their software/online gateways fault, not theirs, so keep that in mind when you want to get mad at them. I know it's frustrating, but it's really out of their control. At least they offered this to us to get them without them being sold out you will get your money back.... don't worry!!

I called my bank to get this fixed, and they said the charges will fall off like you said. I emailed Micah and told him what happened. Haven't heard back yet, but i'm not gonna buy them until the charges fall off. I can't be on the hook for $360 for something i only wanted to spend $120 for. I hope i get some, its not like i haven't tried! I didn't do anything wrong!
