Default Do you follow any kind of diet?

This month I'd like you to share information about whether or not you follow any kind of diet.

If you are currently dieting...

What motivated you to start?
Has your current diet choice had any impact on your weight?

I follow low carb diet + have 30-Day weight loss system, https://isaliving.co.nz/buy-isagenix/30-day-pak/ . I noticed that I gained 6kg last month . I think that healthy diet and this system will help me to get in shape. I read that it boosts the metabolism and overall energy level.

I follow the Atkins diet. I have controlled my weight and am very happy with the results. I started lose 15 pounds as I was approaching 200 lbs. It worked and I still at my goal weight.

I've been trying to stay low carb for my diabetes. Lost 80 pounds over two years but at a standstill recently. I've always been a meat and potato guy. That and pasta and bread is most likely what got me where I am today. Blood pressure is always high even on meds so the food I don't like to eat cant have salt so its bland as hell. Tried just eating one meal a day but sugar doc gets on me because I need to be eating 4-5 small meals a day. Been hell trying to keep all the docs happy. When they're happy I'm not. When I am they're not. If my one doc is right I only have a couple more years to worry about it.

provide a summary of the diet you outlined above. Caloric intake vs calories burned throughout the day and how it applies to your diet

I have been watching the carbs and more vegetables. The blood sugar dropped 4 points in 6 months. The weight loss of 30 pounds helped but gained back over the summer. I found doing 10,000 - 14,000 steps burns the calories pretty well. Last two months of sitting at the desk coding has the steps down to 6,000 and it's just not enough.

Starting out I used an excel spreadsheet to track the food, carbs, calories and glycemic index. I also used the web to check what foods have what. I can't find the link and I will post it when I find it.

Found it: http://nutritiondata.self.com/facts/...n-meats/7564/2

With Paleo I lost about 25lbs in 3 months and then upped my calorie intake to maintain where I was.

Well, I just had some Nutella so you be the judge. On a more serious note, I somewhat watch what I eat, but I pay more attention to the portion size than the diet itself.
