Living in Canada, my staple of cigars are cuban, and I would normally defend them as the best cigars around. Yesterday afternoon, I smoked a Nub cameroon, then last night had a Cohiba Siglo IV. Hate to say it, but as I smoked the Cohiba, my mind kept wandering back to the Nub. Maybe it's becuase Nub and I are still in that "Honeymoon Phase" and Cohiba has become that "familiar girl" who's always there when you need something to fall back on? Either way, yesterday, I preferred the Nub to the Cuban.

To each his own, or to each his nub.

Well, something like that.... do you have any tasting notes for the cammy?

I am looking forward to getting a couple of Nubs myself and then letting you know after I do the same!

I can tell you that after having smoked the nub habano and connecticut, both of those will ALWAYS have a box or 3 in my humi.

So far I have tried one size of each wrapper. Leaning towards the Cameroon as my favorite. It just had that nice smooth flavour I couldn't put it down.

Sounds good to me... is the Habano your second choice?

I gotta say, the connecticuit and the habanos were both good, but I still stand by the Cameroon. Maybe it was the nice sunny day that biased me, but it was great!

It's good you found one you love... if not all!

I have always enjoyed a good Cameroon wrapper smoke and from what everyone is saying here it seems as if this is the better of the 3-wrappers--Be nice when we can try all 3--

Dave, I have no problem trading my Nubs (when I get them) for your Siglo's ... (j/k)

I read today that Cohiba is now outselling Montecristo worldwide. Given that there is only so much land in Cuba, this means that I'm sticking to Trinidads if I want an expensive smoke.
