I must say... I had the pleasure of smoking one of these this weekend.
I really enjoyed the early part of the smoke. But, I know this cigar had been abused (sat in a traveldor for far too long and flew all around the country in said traveldor) and I should have let it rest, but I couldn't resist, so some burn issues took away from the pleasure on the last half. Still, it was a great cigar!
And FAT ;)

And now that I think about it, I tried to do a NUB stand on top of a bottle of 23 y/o Ron Zacappa Anejo Rum, but due to some consumption of said spirits the NUB fell off and suffered some trauma. So it is with great anticipation I look forward to my next!

it was awesome. Dont let the burn issues lead you astray.
And, as I said, this poor cigar had been through hell before it decided to canoe.

Very nice Skip... Its my experience, that no matter how high the quality is on a cigar, there are always one or two that give you problems.

as I said, I tried a stand but it failed although no fault of the cigar. So pictures are few.
Here is what I have:

I week ago I decided that if I had to pick, the Habano would be the first I wanted to try. But my tastes have suddenly taken a swift turn towards the dark wrappers, and this Cameroon looks positively heavenly to me.

I was thinking the same thing.
Habano >> Cammy
I still think the Habano will be my first Nub, well depending on if I find any!

The Habano was my first, and it was GREAT. I have no doubts though that the cammy and conn. will both be great. Speaking of which, I think I'll fire up the conn. here in a minute.

You can't rush a great thing, and by the sounds of it you can't rush a Nub either!

I am most anxious to try the connecticut. Not my usual preference but some reliable sources told me it is incredible.

When I registered, it asked me which "nub" was my favorite. Having not smoked one, I guessed cameroon. One thing is certain - the Oliva Grand Cameroons are great - and that's what I based my guess on. Thanks for the report.

I have to say, the three nubs I received lasted less than three days once they arrived. I am horrible at saving cigars. That Cameroon is an amazing smoke for sure!

I've been told that if I like the Oliva V (I DO!!!) then the Habano ought to be my cup of tea.
Can't wait to try them. :)

Guys, just had my first Cameroon today. Sam has a winner for sure. Great smoke from the start, the taste was even throughout no harshness at all, burn was even, did several NUb stands with it. Ash held on to the last 1/4 inch or so, burnt my toothpick in half is when it fell. I will post some pictures tomorrow. Dial up at home. Flint

I have found these to be very good cigars. I think the Habano has the most flavor. The Conn is a mild but flavorful cigar abd the Cammy is just above the Conn in strength with a good flavor also. I find myself reaching for these cigars more often. I think I need a box or 2 or 3.

I have found this NUB to be smooth and a great morning cigar. The Cameroon wrapper provides a good balance and flavor. Another winner!
