It will be at the Beer Seller. Event starts at 5pm, but I'd get there early, last year we sold out in a little over an hour!

So when do you think the online shops will start selling those (and the Miami)?

So, if you are going to be able to sample them on the 21st, does that mean we can buy them also? Where can we get them? Please tell us, we have been waiting patently, oh so patently.

The only thing that's for sure is that every effort is being made to have at least SOME at each event before the national release. As far as when the national release is, good question. When Sam and the folks in Nicaragua all agree that they're ready, then that's when they'll be out. I don't know any more than that unfortunately.

Yes, personally, I would wait if I were you :thumb:
You should be able to get some slightly better deals once the Nub Maduros actually become available.
Just my $0.02 :D

Hell, I say why not wait and get them directly from the source, Mr. Leccia himself. I figure, you could probably get the box signed, and even get to smoke one with him, so I'll be waiting for sure!

The only problem with that is I would have to wait until June to try one of these beauties. I'm not sure I want to wait that long, especially when all of you guys will be talking about them.:banghead:

Been quite busy lately but reviewing all of the threads when I get the chance. Looks like a trip to Arizona in May and maybe a score on the new Nubs while I'm there. Hope to get in to the Live session if possible.

Soooo, I was at one of the local cigar shops last night (the biggest and fanciest one in the area) and I asked old man there the same question i ask every cigar shop worker i encounter: "So when are you getting the NUb Maduros??!?!?"
I'm barely through the question and old dude goes "yea, I got em. I'm not sure i have the size you're looking for but lets go see.":eek::eek::eek::eek:
We walk back into his humidor. He bends down to the bottom shelf; my buddy and I are ecstatic, grinning ear to ear. Old dude goes "so i have three different kinds: Habano, Connecticut, and-------"
DOH! I had to cut him off and explain thats not what I was asking about. I was looking for "Maduro" and as far as I know they're not out yet. All of a sudden he's backtracking and going "Oh yea, the rep mentioned those. You know we are one of the best Oliva/Nub retailers in the Houston area but unfortunately I won't know any sooner than you do." :banghead:
Alas, I still walked out with some good stuff. They're the only place I've been that stocks Tatuaje...
On the way out my buddy leans over and says "Damn! I almost needed a change of drawers!" :o

Man you have to make it to Serious Cigars! That's where Sam is having his Nub Tour in Houston. And if your looking for Tats, Illusiones are anything like that, including the Nub (all sizes) check out Serious. Check out what he has by the net www.seriouscigars.com

Yea, I noticed the NUB live tour was at serious. The problem is I don't make it to the north side much but I may have to take a field trip just to check it out. I also plan to be at the event to meet you and Sam and anyone else who comes out.

Sam was clear yesterday at dinner. They will be out in a few more weeks. He doesn't want to rush these. And trust me, they are worth the wait. I had one yesterday. Wow!

Yes, they were amazing! Watching him roll them was cool, but smoking a fresh rolled Maduro, my god, it was fantastic. I must say, i'm a bit jealous, Skipper beat me to the punch and made the 1st Nub Maduro stand (at least that I know of). I'll post pics in the next day or so.

I agree with Dave and Skipper, as I was fortunate enough to get a fresh rolled Nub Maduro this weekend as well (thanks again Sam!!!). It was hands down the best cigar I have ever had. Honestly. I'm not just saying that because I am a Nub fanboy.

Guys, everything they are saying is true. The maduro is well worth the wait. I was floored at how fantastic it was. Im literally excited for all of you to get your hands on it.
As for smokes, I had 2 Nubs friday night, 6 Nubs behind the booth and a CAO Gold at the after party.

I did a Nub maddy stand on 4-21, but I'm sure the feat was accomplished before that. :p
